Limfjords-Cup 2023 is only 5 days away and we look forward to welcome all participants, referees and fans. All our valaunteers are ready to do their best to make it the best possible experience for all who take part in the event.
On the arrival day we ask all clubs to check in at Lemvig idraetscenter at the arrival to Lemvig. We recommend to plan the arrival to be between 15.00 and 18.00. Please let us know, if you arrive later than 20.00 on December 27th. At the arrival cup passes and the last practical information will be received.
At the schools our staff will welcome the clubs at the Info-office and take them to their rooms for housing. We know the schools will be very full, and we recommend not to bring double air mattress and other items which takes unnessecary space.
From 17.00 the dinner room is open. All clubs has got a schedule with a time for them to be at the dinner room. This is to avoid too many people showing up at the same time. Since we are a lot of people for dinner this evening we also ask people to leave the dinner room when they are done with their meal, so we can make room for the next group.
The opening games will begin at 19.00 at court 1 and court 2. You can find the games in the game schedule.
